When you work in a nocturnal-ish industry that keeps you up past most people’s bedtime, it’s important to find healthy ways to get the right amount of sleep you need to function.

For some, that means installing a set of black-out curtains in the bedroom to keep the sun from disturbing their rest. For others, it might mean setting a temperature, blocking noise, or preparing the ideal evening snack. For me, it means playing a selection of calming music that prepares me to get the rest I need, no matter where I am or what time it is. As a DJ and music producer who knows the powerful effect that music has on our bodies, incorporating dreamy melodies into my wind-down routine was a no-brainer.

With a mix of binaural beats, lullaby-like instrumentals, whispering guitars, and space-inspired melodies, this playlist helps set the mood for sleep, regardless of what time it is.
